Job DescriptionBehavioral Health CoordinatorAccess, Engagement, and RetentionWorking closely with the Outpatient Clinic Director, this leadership position requires an experienced clinician who will oversee efforts to ensure rapid access to care, engagement of complex, often high-risk patients, and the implementation of tracking and operational systems to ensure patients enter into and maintain appropriate ongoing treatment.
The ability to facilitate successful transitions of care, and to establish collaborative relationships with staff both within the clinic/hospital setting and in the community, is essential.
In addition, in collaboration with the Director and fellow Coordinators, the person in this position plays a central role in helping to ensure coverage and outreach for the clinic's high-risk patients in the absence of the primary therapist, and takes a lead in organizing staff development initiatives around risk assessment, safety planning, and coordination of care.
This position includes both supervision of assigned clinical staff as well as direct patient services.
Candidates must be a NY State licensed Social Worker (LCSW preferred), LMHC, or NYS licensed psychologist.
In addition, candidates are expected to have:
Three to five years of clinical experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting One to three years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting preferred Prior use of electronic medical record for documentation and data collection Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills Fluency in Spanish, preferred not required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, esp the use and creation of Excel spreadsheets to track relevant patient data Recommended Skills Behavioral Medicine Clinical Works Data Collection Electronic Medical Record Interpersonal Skills Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
